Yes! Graduated from The Aveda Institute in Minneapolis with a cosmetology and esthetician license. I also went on to Joe Blasco Makeup Artistry to get a certificate in makeup artistry & special effects. 

Yes! I pride myself on matching skin tones and creating the perfect look for YOU. As a professional artist, it's my job to have a wide array of shades in my kit and the knowledge to mix colors to create a flawless finish. 

Tipping is a service industry norm but is never expected! If you loved your experience and feel inclined - 15-20% is about average.

Please come without any makeup on, clean and moisturizered/spf skin. Its encouraged to have some inspiration photos to show what kind of look you're trying to achieve. 

Please arrive with dry hair to your styling appointment. If you normally wash your hair every day, wash and blow it dry the day of your apt. However, if you normally go a day or two between washes, I recommend day-old hair. You can blow your hair out with a volume styling mouse to help start the process to get some product and body already in your hair before coming in. 

As a freelance artist, I don't have to stock my kit with one single brand- which gives me the freedom to use the best of the best in many different professional product lines. Some of my favorite brands are Mac, Natasha Denona, Nars, Lancome, Dior, Makeup Forever, ect. 

Typically, I book an hour for makeup and 1.5 hours for hair and makeup. It doesn't always take the full time, but I like to make sure we're not rushing for the consultation and final touches. If your hair is really thick and long- it's best to give the artist a heads up to book extra time. 

Good Skin is the foundation to any good makeup- and I'm passionate about taking my skin care background to my makeup clients. If you know you have a photo shoot coming up or any big event, starting a skin care regimen early can help get that perfect glow. Schedule an appointment with your local esthetician or a consult with myself to figure out the best solution that works for you. Keep it simple but effective- cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate without ever forgetting your SUNSCREEN. You don't need a crazy complicated regime, especially if it's not something you'll maintain. 

All the products in my kit are designed for all-day wear and mostly all water-resistant. Some powdering/blotting may still be needed on our sticky summer days, especially for clients with oily prone skin. All clients receive a lip retouch to take with them to keep the pout on point. 

Absolutely! I love any excuse to go to new places and am fully prepared with a travel kit and passport to leave at a moments notice. Travel fees, mileage, per diem, lodging, ect are to be paid by client.
